Trevor Katende
CO-FOUNDER
Trevor co-founded Everest Talent Management and is involved in all aspects of company management and client engagement.
Prior to Everest, Trevor was a Partner at Paul Hastings LLP, a prominent international law firm, where he represented global corporations, investment funds and high net worth individuals on mergers & acquisitions and other complex business transactions. He also advised several high profile athletes and entertainers on various strategic partnerships, joint ventures and capital raising transactions.
Trevor has been recognized as one of the "Top 40 Lawyers Under 40" by The Daily Journal and by Variety Magazine as one of 13 lawyers in the "Up Next" section of its Legal Impact Report on the media and entertainment industry. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Trevor spent eight years at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, a leading global law firm.
Trevor has a B.A. in Government from Harvard College and a J.D. from Stanford Law School. He resides in the Los Angeles area with his wife and two children.
Evan Sroka
CO-FOUNDER
Evan co-founded Everest Talent Management and is involved in all aspects of company management and client engagement.
Prior to Everest, Evan was Co-Head of Global Client Strategy for Creative Artists Agency, the leading sports and talent agency. He helped a variety of athletes, actors, musicians, directors and other talent personalities start new businesses, raise money to expand existing enterprises, and creatively structure brand partnerships that aligned with their interests. He also advised several large and growth stage companies on connecting with talent and creating meaningful entertainment industry partnerships.
Previously, he held strategy roles at The Walt Disney Company and Activision Blizzard, advised on sports-related investments at Inner Circle Sports, and was an investment associate at Hellman & Friedman, a leading private equity firm.
Evan has a B.A. in Economics and a M.A. in Statistics from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He resides in Santa Monica, CA with his wife and two children.
Ferran Prieto
CO-FOUNDER
Ferran co-founded Everest Talent Management and is involved in all aspects of company management and client engagement.
Ferran has been managing the off-the-court brand and legacy of NBA champion and Hall of Famer Pau Gasol since 2015.
A native of Barcelona, Spain and a dual Spain - US citizen, his global career has taken him to multiple cities across the US and Europe where he has worked and led teams in corporate strategy, business development, venture capital and operations, for companies like General Motors, the Boston Consulting Group and Dan Gilbert-owned startups.
Ferran obtained an industrial engineering degree from UPC in Barcelona (final thesis in France), and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He resides in Rochester Hills, MI with his wife and three children.
Ross Guignon
DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND
BRAND RELATIONSHIPS
Ross joined Everest Talent Management in 2020 and helps lead brand outreach, while working closely with the founders on all business development initiatives and client engagement.
Prior to Everest, Ross worked with co-founder Evan Sroka in the Global Client Strategy division at Creative Artists Agency, helping a wide variety of athletes, actors, musicians, and other talent personalities start new businesses, raise money to expand existing enterprises, and creatively structure brand partnerships that aligned with their interests.
Previously, he attained his B.A. in Business Management and M.A. in Sports Management from the University of Illinois while a part of the Men’s Tennis program where he won two Big Ten Titles (2012, 2015) and was named an All-American in 2014. A native of Kansas City, he now resides in Los Angeles.
